Our aim is to collect information about every calypso ever written, performed, or recorded in Antigua and Barbuda. Welcome to Antigua and Barbuda Calypso!

This wiki site was created by the Friends of Calypso Society of Antigua and Barbuda and it is intended to be an online encyclopedia of Antiguan and Barbudan Calypso.

Our aim is to collect information about every calypso ever written, performed, or recorded in Antigua and Barbuda. In addition, we intend to assemble information about all calypsonians, writers, musicians, and other persons who have been involved in the Calypso art form in some way. Such a project would require a mammoth amount of research if undertaken on an individual basis.

Our plan, therefore, is to harness the power of the collective. We invite anyone with knowledge of Calypso and its history in Antigua and Barbuda to add information to this site. If you wish to edit a page or create a new one, please create an account by clicking the 'Create Account' link at the top of the page. Also, please state all sources of information where possible so as to maintain the integrity of the information on the site.

To browse this site, use the search box at the top of this page or click the "Random Page" link on the left.
